Dr. Ollie G. Barnes III is a trusted organizational performance consultant and the founder of Impact Performance Consultants (IPC). With over 25 years of experience, he has collaborated with global Fortune 500 companies to transform leadership and enhance team dynamics. Known for his creative, behavior-based solutions to complex organizational challenges, Dr. Barnes excels in developing interactive learning solutions that build employee capabilities with significant results.

Dr. Barnes brings a unique blend of clinical and organizational expertise, driven by a passion for applying psychology to help entire organizations thrive. Before founding IPC, Dr. Barnes served as a senior leader in Global Learning and Development at Pfizer Inc., where he honed his skills in leadership and organizational development. Trained in both clinical and organizational psychology he adopts a comprehensive approach when coaching and resolving organizational and human resource issues.
